We are using WP-Mail-SMTP version 0.9.5 and unable to get it to work with TLS on port 587. It works fine with SSL on 465. We’ve tried with GoDaddy and also our in-house E-mail server, neither works. Verified TLS enabled on E-mail server and listening on port 587. When we do a test E-mail using SSL, it immediately works and shows the headers. When we do a test E-mail using TLS, it just sits there for 30 seconds and then comes back to the same screen with no headers or errors. Please could anyone recommend a fix or else another WP app that works with TLS? Thanks in advance 🙂
