I configured this plugin on our client’s new site that we built for them. All test messages work fine, except when sent to the client himself. He is using some obscure software called mail2web. He gave me his login (web email interface), but it offers no options to look in a spam/junk folder. There is only one inbox and no options. No user settings at all. Has anyone heard of this??
PS We set this up with Gmail credentials (Client ID, secret, etc).
