I installed and configured the WP Mail SMTP plugin to send messages through an Office 365 account and I am able to successfully send emails using the “Email Test” tab for the plug-in.
However, if I attempt to send am email using a different “Check Email” plug-in I have installed, or if I submit a form created with WPForms, the emails do not go through.
In all 3 cases the recipient I’m sending the test emails to is the same.
Does anyone have any idea why this might be?
