Feature Proposal: Add header option(s) to Other SMTP sending method

I have Mandrill.com being used to send my emails using this plugin’s Other SMTP option. I’d ideally like to have emails sent with Mandrill’s subaccounts feature so different websites have their own subaccount (own sending reputation, quotas, etc.) However, https://mandrill.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/205582117-Using-SMTP-Headers-to-customize-your-messages#specify-the-subaccount-for-sending-the-message shows that the X-MC-Subaccount header needs to be configured with the subaccount on outgoing email so make ends meet, and I haven’t found a way to define that using this plugin currently.

In short, I’d love to see the ability to customize email header value(s) for email sent via this plugin.
