I am not able to authenticate and successfully send a test message using the Microsoft Exchange Server 2013 settings I am supplied by the email hosting provider (they are working with me to try to resolve this). I am getting the following error: SMTP ERROR: Failed to connect to server: Connection refused (111)SMTP connect() failed.
