Wrong set password emails

Hello!

I use WP Mail SMTP with SENDGRID for sending emails. All works fine. But “set password” email looks like:
Username: Username To set your password, visit the following address: http://my-domain/wp/wp-login.php

But it must looks like:
Username: Username
To set your password, visit the following address:
<http://my-domain/wp/wp-login.php?action=rp&key=r6jfy2gwbrza1rF7HaKu&login=username&gt;

How to fix it?
