Hey there,
When our contact us page is filled out, our internal team gets an email from orders@kwikboost.com, but we’re trying to change that email to hello@kwikboost.com.
So far, we’ve changed the “From Email” section up top to be hello@kwikboost.com, but it is still coming from orders@kwikboost.com – we do have “Force From Email” checked.
For the mailer, we are using “Other SMTP”.
SMTP Host: smtp.gmail.com
Encryption: SSL
SMTP Port: 465
Auto TLS: On
Authentification: On
*SMTP Username: orders@kwikboost.com
*I’ve tried to change this to hello@kwikboost.com, but when I change it, the form can’t be submitted and we get a “There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later” message.
That message also comes through when we change mailer to “Gmail”.
