Test Email is Working but displays ERROR message.

Good Day,

I setup WP MAIL SMTP + SendGrid on my website. When I send a test email I receive the following error: “There was a problem while sending the test email.” however I do receive the test email successfully.

Any help on how to correct the error?

Versions:
WordPress: 5.0.4
WordPress MS: No
PHP: 7.3.3
WP Mail SMTP: 1.4.1

Params:
Mailer: sendgrid
Constants: No

For hosting I use Digital Ocean + ServerPilot
