Not Receiving the WP MAIL SMTP

Hi

I tried the “test email” option, it said that the email had been sent correctly:
“¡El correo electrónico de prueba HTML se envió con éxito! Por favor, revisa tu bandeja de entrada para asegurarte que se entregó.”

However, when I check my email I don’t see the email come through.

I also change the email in the field and it always goes back to the initial email.
