Hi there
I’m using WP Mail SMTP successfully with all emails sent from a site, including notifications, site lockout emails, etc from iThemes.
However, for some reason, it will not send the iThemes daily security digest. I get the following:
Module Notification Center
Type Error
Description Sending Notification Failed
Notification Security Digest
Error SMTP Error: Could not authenticate.

I’ve been on to iThemes, and I’ve tried all their suggestions of deleting the iThemes plugin and reinstalling and many other adjustments, but they now say it’s WP Mail SMTP problem. But as I said, WP Mail SMTP sends all other emails from iThemes with no trouble. I’m stumped, so would appreciate your help! Cheers, James Hammond
