NOT Receiving emails to the domain address after modifying the SMTP

I have problem receiving emails to the same domain email via Contact Forms 7. But if i send to another domain email, it works.

After installing WP Mail SMTP plugin on my website https://www.glashaus.cl/, i selected Other SMTP option and used the cPanel method. This was the data that i put on the fields:

SMTP Server: mail.glashaus.cl
Encryption: SSL
Port: 465
Automatic TLS: ON
Authentication: ON

After inserting the correct values, the Test Email option is working.

But there is a problem, when i try to send via Contact Form 7 plugin to the domain contacto@glashaus.cl (IT’S a Google Suite), it says “Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender”. But after changing the mail to another domain IT WORKS. How can i fix this?
