From Email retaining old email

After installing and configuring WP Mail SMTP with a new GSuite hosted email hello ‘at’ artymcgoo.com and setting up the Gmail Client ID & Secret the From Email and > Authorization – ‘Connected as’ email both show as hello@.

I’ve also updated the website admin email Settings > General > Administration Email Address to the same hello@

When sending test emails or automated system emails they are all retaining the old admin email contact ‘at’ artymcgoo.com Any thoughts how we can get the from email to update? Thanks in advance!
