Do other plugins use SMTP?

Thanks for the plugin. Is there any way to confirm if other plugins that send mail (forms etc) use SMTP configured by WP Mail SMTP? Perhaps some plugins use the php mailer even though WP Mail SMTP is installed? How can we check ? Thx
