Emails still going into Spam

Hi there, I installed this plugin so that my Woocommerce transactional emails can be received by customers. I used other SMTP (using my hosts credentials) and the test email worked great – email ended up in the inbox.

However, my customers are still complaining my emails end up in spam. Is there something I’m doing wrong, and is there something that can be done to fix this?
