Hello,
I have probably similar problem as in this topic: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/gsuite-inbox-email/
I set up gsuite account via docs here: https://wpmailsmtp.com/docs/how-to-set-up-the-gmail-mailer-in-wp-mail-smtp/
The email are sendings correctly via main address from my client, however if I set up, that email should be delivered too alias adress, it will not be delivered. If I set up clients main email or any other email, forms work just fine.
Example:
Submit contact form > email set to info@domain.com (alias) > email sent succesfully > email not delivered into inbox (However in “sent” folder of client_main@domain.com the email is there)
Example2: Submit contact form > email set to client_main@domain.com (main email) > email sent succesfully > email delivered into inbox. Without any problem.
If I setup any other client alias that should receive specific forms in website such as sales@domain.com etc. it is not working again.
Who should I now contact? Is it a google issue or in your plugin?
Thank you very much
