Hi, I have used the plugin and even though i have had my host provider suggest that the settings are correct ( using email option in plesk for domain) I am still getting the cannot connect error when sending a test.
Could not connect to the SMTP host.
I have checked all the recommendations and host provider has also confirmed these are correct but not entirely sure what to do now. I am using other SMTP option as this is the plesk mail option but all settings seem correct as below:
SMTP Host – mail.domainname.co.uk
Auto TLS – On
Authentication – On
SMTP Port – 465
SMTP username – set based on the email account that has been setup in plesk
SMTP password – set as above also.
I have looked in plesk setting and not sure if there is a compatibility issue but if you can shed light on anything that would be great.
