Hi,
We are currently using the free version trying to configure the plugin with office 365 e-mail account, via the “Other SMTP” option – it’s not working… (cannot send test e-mail)
NOTE
1. all details have been put in correctly (confirmed with Microsoft)
2. have checked with hosts if ports are blocked
3. whitelisted IP of website with office365
Have searched forums and seen a few people are having issues with office365 e-mails.
Anyway, i note there is a paid option for Office 365 (currently on sale)
So we are keen to use the plugin, but would like to know if you offer a money-back guarantee (or similar) if it turns out that it still doesn’t work.
