No contact information from sender! – Are there log files with the addresses?

Hello,

I am using WP Mail SMTP Lite Version 5.5.1 and I noticed that I got no email adresses or any other information about the sender (no NAME, no COMPANY NAME, no EMAIL ADDRESS, this is totally useless, how can I answer if there is no email address sent?

Right now unchecked the box ” Force From Name — If checked, the From Name setting above will be used for all emails, ignoring values set by other plugins.”

Does the unchecking of the box “Force From Name” solve the issue that no information besides the notes of the request through the contact form are sent?

Please can you help me to find the email addresses of the customers who like to get in touch with me.
