Could not connect to the SMTP host.

I’m a web designer. Since yesterday I have tried to use SMTP on three of my sites but sending test email gives error “Could not connect to the SMTP host.”

All of my settings are correct for email addresses of icloud, rogers, bell, and individual hosts.

Is there a bug? I have never had this problem before and am using it on many sites.
