Using :
– WordPress 5.5.1
– WP Mail SMTP 2.4.0
– Ninjaforms 3.4.30
– Gandi email
i’m trying to send email with WP Mail SMTP but i don’t receive email.
When i make a send email test, i receive the email when i sent to a gmail address, but when i use test@3dmaker.space email address, WP Mail SMTP says it’s sent but i have nothing in my mailbox.
When i send email directly to this email address, i receive email. So this is good sign.
I configure SendGrid, authenticate my domain so when i send a form with Ninja form with ANY address (except test@3dmaker.space), i receive email confirmation to this ANY address with a certificate from my website and not the “send by SendGrid” label anymore.
But my email address test@3dmaker.space doesn’t actually receive the form from the client.
Do you have any idea of what are causing this issue and how to fix it ?
I can’t for example change my admin email address to test@3dmaker.space because i can’t receive the confirmation email…
