Old email as “answer address”

Hello,

I have switched domain names of an existing site (graphicsio.com)

I had set up everything with a email address,
after the domain switch,
I typed my new email everywhere where just I could (WP/My profile, WP Forms and WP SMTP),
still when I try out my contact forms I see the old email address as the “answer address, ?reply to address” in my Gmail.

Any idea where should I change this email to the new address?
