Hey there,

i try to dislplay all emails sent to a user in my crm. I can see there any mails send from email programs or crm. In my CRM i have the option so say that the mails should also get saved in the sent folder.

Now i´m struggling with the mails sent with your plugin trough or website. I found this support ticket: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/storing-outbound-emails-in-sent-folder-on-server/ and spoke to my hosting provider (https://www.hetzner.com/).

They said that this never can get managed by the hosting provider. This gets managed by the application which sends out the mail. They said this would be the same with gmail or other hosting providers. (As described before in my crm i can choose if i want to save it in the sent folder or not).

What can i do that also emails sent with your plugin get stored in the sent folder?
