Hello;
I’m trying to configure WP Mail SMTP for a WP Forms form. I am using the “Other SMTP” option. I have tried it with a Hotmail account and an Outlook.com account and continue to get an error that the mail was able to reach the host server but was rejected because the username/password couldn’t be authenticated. I am 100% sure the username and password are correct. Any idea what could be causing this?
