Test email error on a2hosting

Hi,

I’ve installed WP Mail SMTP, configured and am getting a test error saying the host is rejecting the email.

I’ve gone to the hosting provider (a2hosting) and they have said that they are not seeing the emails getting rejected.

The SMTP outgoing server is an a2hosting named server and not specifically named as my domain as that is the way the hosting provider has said it needs to be done.

The spf and DKIM DNS records have been set up at the sub-domain level and the hosting provider says they are correct.

I’m at a loss at to what the issue may be.

Any help would be appreciated.
