When trying to authorize th eplugin with google, I have followed the steps, however when authorizing it (after allowing it in google) it takes me back to the wp smtp plugin page and I see “There was an error while processing the authentication request. Please try again.”
When I go into my server logs I see a URL (comes back that says GET /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wp-mail-smtp&error=google_no_code_scope HTTP/1.0 and it has a 200 (so access granted)
Any idea what it can be?
