WP MAIL SMTP- test mail not working (!)

Hello,

when I tried to send TEST email in WP Mail SMTP I received an error message;

Versions:
WordPress: 5.7
WordPress MS: No
PHP: 7.4.16
WP Mail SMTP: 2.6.0

Params:
Mailer: sendinblue
Constants: No
API Key: Yes

Debug:
Mailer: Sendinblue
[permission_denied]: Unable to send email. Your SMTP account is not yet activated.

I contacted my Webhosting and from their side everything is OK. Then I received an email from Sendinblue, that it is probably some issue with the plugin. I send Sendinblue an email with this error. Waiting for their response.

I do not know what to do.
