WP Mail SMTP Test Mail is received but not when sending via WPForms

Hi there,

We setup WPForms and WP Mail SMTP.

When we send a Test Mail via WP Mail SMTP, it’s sent and received fine.

However, when we submit via form created with WPForms, the mail is not sent/received.

We don’t receive any Delivery Failure Reports in the mailbox configured in WP Mail SMTP either.

Just to confirm, SMTP and DNS are set correctly.

Seems like WPForms and WP Mail SMTP are not linked and WPForms fails to send.

Any help will be appreciated.
