Contact form7 email delay to be received

My email from Contact form7 is having a delay till get on my gmail account (i send msg to domain email and gmail account)

By using this plugin will fix this problem?

And I should chooce the smtp serve option or gmail?

second question: is it free of charger? I see on the dashboard it ask me an API and to make the account only paid option.
