how to change email address being sent

Hello,

I was wondering how to change the email address being sent from my end when someone subscribes to my blog?

In the past, I had already used the WP mail SMTP plugin to change an email address, but I guess the subscription thank-you email still sends from an older email address.

I wasn’t sure if this was the WP mail SMTP plugin or not behind all of this. A subscriber signed up via the pop-up that comes on after 20 seconds on the page, and the thank-you email sent on behalf of my website was the wrong email address.

I use MailChimp too but I already checked that, and the correct email address is listed.
