Do Not Send (cannot disable)

Hi,

I checked the ‘Do Not Send – Check this if you would like to stop sending all emails’ option and saved settings. It worked as intended.

Now when I’m trying to uncheck it and save settings it doesn’t appear to be saving the change, so all emails still appear to be being blocked. Can I please receive an alternate way of changing this setting?
