Emails are not sent

Hi there,

until a few days ago everything was working properly, then I have noticed that emails are not sent and I get this error in Plugin WP Mail SMTP by WPForms:

Versions:
WordPress: 5.7.2
WordPress MS: No
PHP: 7.4.22
WP Mail SMTP: 3.0.3

Params:
Mailer: sendinblue
Constants: No
API Key: Yes

Debug:
Email Source: WP Mail SMTP
Mailer: Sendinblue
[503] Server error: <code>POST https://api.sendinblue.com/v3/smtp/email</code> resulted in a <code>503 Service Unavailable</code> response:
upstream connect error or disconnect/reset before headers. reset reason: connection failure

Can someone help?
