My understanding is that this plugin should work on a local server, but I am getting a server connection error and don't know how to correct it. The specific error is:
'SMTP -> ERROR: Failed to connect to server: Connection refused (61)'
I've tried it with both SMTP and PHP mailers, tried ports 25 and 587, configured the From Name and From Email, with both No encryption and TLS encryption. I'm getting this plugin to work fine on a live site, so... anyone know what I am doing wrong?
