Email going to spam with SMTP

Hello,

I’m having an issue with the plugin, when I send any mail from my wordpress site using SMTP it arrives to spam folder (even with test mail) to all providers, including sending a mail to the same mail configured on SMTP plugin. If I send an email using IONOS Webmail site it arrives without any issue to all providers I’ve tried. I’ve also enabled the force from name option.
