I use Mailgun with WP Mail SMTP. They both work great. Recently I received an email from Mailgun indicating that they are changing their “password parameters”. In the email it said, “Depending on your configuration, any applications reliant on the smtp_password parameter could throw errors.” I put a help request into Mailgun to see if WP Mail SMTP plugin is compatible with the new changes (effective November 1st, 2021), but their response was “we won’t have an answer on if the changes are going to effect that plugin, as we don’t have insight on how it functions.” They said that their plugin “Mailgun for WordPress” is compatible. Is the “WP Mail SMTP by WPForms” compatible with the upcoming Mailgun changes regarding “API Calls”?
