Hi, any help with this much appreciated. I have installed the WP Mail SMTP Lite plugin. I am trying to link it to Send in Blue. I have copied the required TXT files to SiteGround DNS Zone and when I go to SendinBlue it shows the domain (miniaturetimetraveller.com) as verified.
However the plugin says “The test email might have sent, but its deliverability should be improved” and the emails do arive in the test recipient’s It advises DKIM and DMARK action is needed. I have screenshots of the relevant pages if that would help? I did look for a error log in the plugin but could not locate one?
I have deleted, recreated and reinstalled the API key, but that made no difference. I am wondering if perhaps there is some conflict in other keys that are in Siteground DNS, or whether other API’s for other website integrations may interfere?
