So I honestly forget why I installed WP Mail SMTP, but it’s part of my build
I have been having some issues not receiving Failed & Canceled email notifications from Woocommerce
Everything is enabled and emails are all input properly.
But I’m still not getting them, so I’m wondering if it’s tied to this plugin some how since it seems to have about 20 Errors & 5 Pendings within it’s dashboard of Tools> Scheduled Actions
But I have no idea what any of it means.
Is there a way for me to export the data to here so we can try and figure out what is going on?
I’ve also tried sending a test email within WP Mail SMTP Tools, but I’m getting this following error message:
The mailer you’ve selected (mail) is not currently supported by our Domain Checker. To make sure you’ve fully completed all setup steps, please be sure to check out our step by step mailer guides.
I’m also using another email tracking plugin to try and figure out just what is going on, WP Mail Logging: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-logging/
It shows in it’s email log that the email is being sent out for the WP Mail SMTP Test, but I am not receiving it and I’ve tried multiple times.
So I’m wondering if perhaps this WP Mail SMTP plugin is somehow not configured properly and that’s why I’m not getting all of these notification emails.
