Should i add one account in the SMTP even if i have 2 different mails?

Hello,

I am creating a site for a client and I would like to ask this:

I have 2 different forms (one form for reservations and another for contact). One uses the mail server on my server, but the contact form must be sent to a Microsoft account.

Is there going to be any undelivered message, or any conflict if I add only the SMTP settings from my server?

Is there any other approach or anything else, that I must be aware of? Should I search for another solution?
