“Force From Email” not working

I am using WP Mail Smtp on more than 3 websites and all have a similar problem. Not a problem exactly but the option doesn’t seem to work what it says.

I am using Elementor builder and the inbuilt form feature.

I want the sender email to be displayed when I receive an email in Gmail. Right now I can see my own email address and it says ME.
