contact form not working and getting a lot of errors

Hello,

my contact form on my website is buggy. Now it is working because I removed the SMTP connection in my dashboard. But always after a few days, it is stopping to work and I get a lot of errors on my SMTP dashboard.

So I have again to remove the connection and allow google to use it.
I attached a screenshot with those errors.
