WP Mail SMTP Mailer section

Existing site has been moved to another provider where the provider SMTP settings have been set in the Mailer section.
When I download the site to the new location with ALL-In -One WP migation and restore it to local, the new SMTP settings are not returned in the Mailer section, but the old provider settings.
Where are these SMTP settings stored do I have to delete something?
