After buying a license to use WP Mail SMTP with Microsoft Outlook I followed the instructions to set up an Azure web app. However, after creating the Application ID and Application Password, there was no Save Settings button visible in the Authorization section, only a button saying Connect to Microsoft Outlook below text saying “Before continuing, you’ll need to allow this plugin to send emails using your Microsoft Outlook account.” After clicking Connect to Microsoft Outlook I receive an Authorization Error message saying “There was an error while processing the authentication request. Please recheck your Client ID and Client Secret and try again.” This problem occurs using FireFox and Google Chrome on WP 5.7.6 running on Windows Server 2016
