Do all WordPress administrator receive the automated Email Summaries

Hello,

I am using the lute version of your plugin and I cannot find a clear documentation about this.
When I have not disabled the Email Summaries weekly delivery, do all WordPress administrators receive this Email Summary? I cannot find any way to control who does receive these emails (in the lite version)..
