Delete actionscheduler_log entrys in table

Hi. I’ve a website with SMTP Mail and the database table “…actionscheduler_logs” has 1322363 entries. Where did I find the setting to delete all the log in this table? And how can I prevent it from continuing to log? (no PRO-Version, only basic)
