georgejbeebe on "[Plugin: WP Mail SMTP] Sign-in attempt prevented"

Since using this plugin I keep receiving emails from Gmail explaining that someone attempted to login to my email account. I contacted my host and it does not seem to be coming from the host. I added this plugin to a new website using a different email and immediately received the Sign-in attempt prevented from Google. How do I resolve this issue?
