pestocat on "[Plugin: WP Mail SMTP] SMTP Error: Could not connect to SMTP host."

Hi,
I'm trying WP Mail Bank. I get some of the same response as WP mail SMTP. When trying to send test message, I get and error. For the SMTP host, is that my e-mail host. I see that gethub.com seems to be involved here too. If I use PHP option, I get message that e-mail was sent OK, but I never received it. There must be something I'm missing. What is the SMTP username/password. Is that my Wordpress username/password.
Help!
