I used https://github.com/langpavel/PhpSkelet/tree/master/Email/dkim before this plugin for sending mails with DKIM headers. Worked perfectly fine. Do u guys have any idea how to use the Additional Header to include DKIM headers. Added public key in my DNS.

When I submit a form I never receive the email. When I test sending an email, it works.

When a form is submitted I receive a mail with a notification but no content only Form submission in the subject.
How can I receive all data from the submission via mail ?

Are exchange servers fully supported? That is IMAP certainly is, but if one is using a Microsoft Exchange server, would there be any issues using plugin so that the site sends messages using the Exchanges SMTP?

This plugin has worked great on my site until the last few days. No email going through. I talked to the email host and all was fine. I switched to a different smtp plugin and everything worked again. Not sure why.

it seems that the plugin uses the wrong password for smtp: ftp password and not the smtp password entered in setting.

Hi,
I have an problem and it occurred right now.
When I installed this plugin on an subdomain and I activate the plugin and I set-up the credentials in the first step and when I hit the “Next step”-button, it doesn’t work and I cannot reach step 2 and three.
I de-activate the plugin and delete it and start over with re-activating the plugin; but the problem stays.
Additional information:
I use this plugin also on the main domain (some domain). I’m not sure if this related issue – I hope not. I use an wiki theme.

Hello, i’ve found a problem with contact form in Divi:
I’ve correctly configured the plugin, but only the text is captured from the contact form. I don’t know how i can take above information from contact form:
1) From Email Address – This email address will be used in the “From” field.
2) From Name – This text will be used in the “FROM” field

In the Easy WP SMTP Plugin it seems settable only with simple fixed option (from email address and from name), but I need that those information are collected from the DIVI contact form in home page!!!!

On my site, I tried sending email via SMTP but it only worked if the guy at Godaddy cleared the email queue, then my test email would go through. However, very quickly the door shuts and I can’t authenticate and send out additional tests – they fail. The guy at GD says it’s possible that it’s on their end.
Any way to get around this issue with extending the authentication window? and why would that be happening?
In the meantime, I’ll use phpMailer to send email through the server until I hear back, thanks!

I was using this plugin ok on one host, then I changed and now it’s not working. Here is the log after sending the test. The page hangs for a while, and then spits out this log. Do you know why it’s not working based on this? I tried SSL and TLS. I xxxxxx’d out private data from the log. Thank you for any advice.
