After installing WP-Mail-SMTP in the root of a wordpress multi-site (WPMU) and activating it for all sub sites, the plugin does not become available for the sub sites. Does not allow me to update WP-Mail-SMTP settings even in the root site nor in the sub sites.

I'm using Wordpress multisite (WPMU) 3.7.1.
