Errors when trying to send emails

Hello,

I received an alert that WP Mail SMTP is struggling to send an email through our website. Below is the error report:

WordPress: 5.8
WordPress MS: No
PHP: 7.4.21
WP Mail SMTP: 3.0.3

Params:
Mailer: sendinblue
Constants: No
API Key: Yes

Debug:

I’ve tried readjusting the settings, adding the API key again, everything it suggested and I can’t get a test email to push through.
