“error_description”: “Token has been expired or revoked.”}
But when I go over to the plugin it shows as working fine. I dont know whats wrong or what does this mean?
Please help. Thank you

Hi, I keep getting this in my email. I have looked over the site and have no clue how to fix this, pls help?
Howdy!
Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.
In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, WP Mail SMTP.
First, visit your website (https://uniquerestoration.us/) and check for any visible issues. Next, visit the page where the error was caught (https://uniquerestoration.us/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php) and check for any visible issues.
Please contact your host for assistance with investigating this issue further.
If your site appears broken and you can’t access your dashboard normally, WordPress now has a special “recovery mode”. This lets you safely login to your dashboard and investigate further.
To keep your site safe, this link will expire in 1 day. Don’t worry about that, though: a new link will be emailed to you if the error occurs again after it expires.

When I updated to version 1.7.0, my Gravity Form notifications were no longer sent from the custom “From:” email address I entered in the Gravity Forms GUI. The custom “From:” name, however, worked as expected. Downgrading to version 1.6.2 resolves the issue.
I do not have the “Force From Email” checkbox selected.
I am running WordPress Version 5.2.4 & PHP Version

Can this plugin handle trailing/extra commas in the “To:”, “CC:” & “BCC:” fields? I run into this issue frequently with GravityForms and it would be REALLY helpful if the plugin automatically removed any extra commas so the email doesn’t fail to send

I am using the plugin with Gmail API. Just wondering if it is normal for all emails generated by the site to come from my gmail address (i.e. username@gmail.com) and not the actual website domain email address (e.g. info@mydomain.com).
After configuring the gmail api, the force from email settings are greyed out and I cannot change. I am thinking that this is normal behaviour when using the gmail api.
If I want to use my own domain name, am I better if using a service like sendinblue, mailgun and sendgrid instead?

I am creating my own form and wish to use the mailer settings configured by the plugin to send messages on form submission using wp_mail()
.
It looks like the global $phpmailer does not contain any configuration settings when var_dumped.
When/how can I access the object that the plugin uses to send the test email, and which sendmail method does it use? wp_mail()?
Thanks

Hi,
I was using GMail as SMTP without any issues and for observing an issue with GMail where I’m not able to authenticate gmail.
After approving my app, I get redirected to below page with “google_no_code_scope” error.
I’m sure all the creds are correct for gmail auth.
But not sure why this issue is popping up.
Can you please help me here ?
Thanks

Hi,
So I just started using this plugin with Sendinblue and it seems to be working fine in sending various emails from my website.
Is there a way to track email opens? I know if I set a campaign in Sendinblue I’m able to track its opens/clicks, but what about the emails sent from wordpress?
I’m using cart abandonment plugin that sends cart reminders and I would like to track if the emails are opened or not.
Thanks.

All right,
Test e-mails are send properly.
When I receive an order, the admin account receives an e-mail with the order details.
I set full force.
Customers are not receiving e-mails.

Hello everyone, this is happening to me on a website designed for my client.
It was all connected and working properly, I went in to check and I found this error
Mailer: Gmail
{
"error": "invalid_grant",
"error_description": "Bad Request"
}
I tried to revoke the access and repeat it but from that moment it does not allow me to access.
The consent screen opens correctly, warns me that the app is not secure, I proceed anyway, I consent to send / receive / read emails and ….. return to the home page of the site without consent!

Hi,
we are using the plugin for serveral months without any problems. We received the last e-mail on 2019-11-13 from our website.
When I’m using the Email Test, most times it doesn’t work, but in some cases the mail is sent successfully. I can repeat this with 1 or 2 successful mails, but then is fails again.
The server can reach the smtp server and the STARTTLS port is not blocked. Are the any logs we I can see any details why the mail sending fails?
We are using an IIS 8.5, wordpress 5.2.4 and PHP 7.2.22
Thanks
Freddy

I am using the plugin in a multisite wordpres that is on the amazon host.
The settings are correct and the ports are open.
I did the test and created another multisite where I put the same settings and can send emails.
The problem is that I cannot migrate there, since I have the domains configured.
I attach the debug log.

Hi there
I’m using WP Mail SMTP successfully with all emails sent from a site, including notifications, site lockout emails, etc from iThemes.
However, for some reason, it will not send the iThemes daily security digest. I get the following:
Module Notification Center
Type Error
Description Sending Notification Failed
Notification Security Digest
Error SMTP Error: Could not authenticate.
Timestamp 2019-11-18 21:36:55
I’ve been on to iThemes, and I’ve tried all their suggestions of deleting the iThemes plugin and reinstalling and many other adjustments, but they now say it’s WP Mail SMTP problem. But as I said, WP Mail SMTP sends all other emails from iThemes with no trouble. I’m stumped, so would appreciate your help! Cheers, James Hammond

Hello,
Am using the latest version of WordPress & WP Mail SMTP.
WordPress: 5.3
WordPress MS: No
PHP: 7.2.24
WP Mail SMTP: 1.7.1
In WP Mail SMTP, I have opted for “Other SMTP”.
Below is the log generated:
Params:
Mailer: smtp
Constants: Yes
ErrorInfo: SMTP Error: The following recipients failed: example@gmail.com: Outgoing mail from “www.examplesite.com” has been suspended.
Host: mail.examplesite.com
Port: 465
SMTPSecure: ssl
SMTPAutoTLS: bool(true)
SMTPAuth: bool(true)
Is there a cap on number of emails sent? If yes, how many are allowed in a day or a month?
What is the resolution for the problem being faced right now?
Please suggest.
Thanks

Hi, I am sending emails from my wordpress website via your nice plugin.
My problem is my outlook account is web@bornedecharge.ca but I am sending emails AS ventes@bornedecharge.ca which is a shared mailbox that web@bornedecharge.ca has access…
I unchecked the settings to force sender email and sender name… but even I specify in ALL my forms the sender to be ventes@bornedecharge.ca, all the emails are sent to and from web@bornedecharge.ca…
Could you tell me if I can resolve my issue using your free plugin? paid version? or another plugin? or it is simply impossible via Microsoft Offce 365 smtp?

Hi, I have been getting a 413 Error message stating the following:
EMAIL DELIVERY ERROR: the plugin WP Mail SMTP v1.7.1 logged this error during the last time it tried to send an email:
Mailer: Gmail
Request Entity Too Large
Request Entity Too Large
Error 413
I have checked my server and my max_execution_time is set to 300, my max_upload_size is 256MB and Post_max_siz is also 256MB. The emails that are failing to be sent carry pretty heavy attachments but the email size should still be less than 10 MB. When I disabled the WP Mail SMTP the emails were able to be sent so there must be a limit on the plugin. Please advice.
