Hi! I don’t know what is the problem, but in Gunmail domain is verified, domain and API key is ok.

I am a trying to help a friend with their website that I did not set up for them. I have a basic knowledge of WordPress but admit I am not an expert.
On their contact page, there is a Ninja Forms contact form. When it’s filled out completely and the Submit button is clicked, the button changes to Processing and eventually the action times out. However the request form is logged in the Ninja Forms under Submissions though the website’s owner never gets an email copy of the request info. I have gone through the form’s settings and everything appears to be correct there so I’ve tried to used 2 different contact form plug-ins and got the same result (I did deactivate the other plug-ins while I tested each form). I even tried tweaking the settings to not include the reCAPTCHA and this did not work either. I checked all the obvious things like updates for the plug-ins but still can’t get the contact form to work correctly.
My best guess is that something in the WP Mail SMTP Lite settings is wrong. I’ve checked everything over and the settings look right to me but I tried the Email Test option multiple times and keep getting an error message 504 Bad Gateway. Does anyone have a clue to what’s going on? Thanks!

How exactly do you utilize sendgrid templates with this plugin? the wp_mail() function supposedly only takes a string for the body.

Im just wondering if this plugin actually stores a copy of the form thats being send through it?
Or is it direct data from the form to my inbox so to speak?
Since its a plugin asking for SMTP configuration, seems like its passing something before my inbox.
Do you have any documentation on this?

So the issue is that the e-mail notifications suddenly stopped being sent out both to us (admin) and to the persons placing the orders in our woo commerce weborder. We had to change the password for the e-mail admin, but now seems like we’re unable to change the password under the “WP mail smtp” which seems required?
We’re getting the following error msg below as we try to send a test mail.
What to do? Who to contact for this?
Help would be appreciated.

I need to be able to change some emails to come FROM a different address (same domain though). WooCommerce Follow-Ups allows me to do this, but it’s not working. The emails are being forced by the email entered in WP Mail SMTP.
I’m using G Suite and I see the checkbox is grayed out with this message:
Current provider will automatically force From Email to be the email address that you use to set up the connection below.
Do I have any options to have the ability to send from more than one e-mail address?

Hello,
Can’t seem to get plugin to send but account work otherwise.
– Setting up with cpanel SMTP.
– Plugin reports successful test messages, but nothing comes through (spam junk or otherwise)
– Tested by setting up with same settings in outlook on a desktop and works fine.
– Security plugins disabled and tested on multiple WP installs on my server. Same results.
– No test message shows up in “sent” folder like with email sent via smtp in outlook.
So it’s strange that the SMTP settings work when adding the account to outlook, the plugin says:
Test HTML email was sent successfully! Please check your inbox to make sure it is delivered.
but with the plugin there is no sign of the email anywhere. No junk, spam, sent folder, etc. Just gone. Out of ideas.

Hi,
Today and possible yesterday I’ve not been able to send emails via SMTP with Office 365. Before now it was working flawlessly for about two months, in which time the password and account details haven’t changed. It’s just suddenly stopped working. Any thoughts?

Forgot password is throwing an error – “ERROR: The email could not be sent. Your site may not be correctly configured to send emails”.

FYI: I changed the real Domain to mydomain.com just in this post.
I suspect the problem is the “Ehlo” call.
The address mydomain.com/dede/ looks incorrect, but I can’t find where to change it.

Hi guys, I have two questions:
1) After lots of testings, I realized your plugin adds 3 seconds to every checkout I have, which is A LOT (until it is confirmed). I have the latest version and I use “other” as method and connect with AWS SES.
Why can this be happening? Is there any way to debug? Logs don’t have any error.
2) What’s the difference between using “Other” and connecting to AWS that way vs connecting with the AWS option? Is that faster?

Hello,
I have the WP Mail SMTP plugin installed on my WordPress/WooCommerce site but am having problems with the New Order and Order Complete emails being sent consistently. My mailer is Sendinblue. Most order emails go through ok, but occasionally I will receive an error on my dashboard saying “[invalid_paramenter]: email is not valid in replyTo”. I checked the plugin settings and everything seems to be set up properly and test emails go through ok. Any ideas what could be causing this? It’s making it a bit difficult to fill orders reliably.
My current plugin and WordPress versions are below:
WP Mail SMTP v1.8.0 (I also tested with 1.8.1 with the same problem)
Woocommerce Version 3.9.1
